Job summary

Accenture's Salesforce Business Group designs and drives transformational experiences with Salesforce solutions, supported by global delivery and industry-led innovation. The Business Analyst will apply Salesforce knowledge to guide implementations, engage stakeholders, and develop user stories and process flows.

Collaboration with developers and architects will define specifications for new systems and enhancements.

Qualifications

• Diploma with at least two years' experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master or equivalent.
• Business Analyst shall be a Salesforce Certified Business Analyst with Salesforce Administrator Exam (CRT101).
• Optional prior experience in Omniscript/Omnistudio.

Critical Success Factors

Diploma, with at least two (2) years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects. Certified Scrum Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master or equivalent. Business Analyst shall be a Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and have passed/obtained the following Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Exam (CRT101). Optional Prior experience in Omniscript/Omnistudio.
