Job summary

Argyll Scott is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect in Singapore to design and deliver secure, scalable digital solutions across Salesforce and integrated enterprise platforms. You will lead architecture discussions, guide development teams, and ensure governance across complex digital transformation programmes.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of Salesforce experience with Service Cloud, Apex, and LightningComponents, plus strong API integration and enterprise design experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience with strong Solution Architecture exposure.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations.
• Experience with API integrations and large-scale CRM implementations.
• Ability to lead solution design discussions and align business and technical needs.
• Strong stakeholder communication and structured problem-solving capability.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce and integrated enterprise platforms.
• Lead technical design discussions and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Design secure integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware.
• Provide architecture guidance across Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, OmniStudio, and scalability.
• Drive best practices in security, governance, performance, and reusable patterns.
• Collaborate with product teams and developers to align business objectives with delivery.
• Review designs, code quality, and implementation approaches across delivery teams.
• Support documentation, governance, troubleshooting, and platform modernization initiatives.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support in designing and delivering secure, scalable digital solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and agencies to architect enterprise-grade Salesforce and integrated digital platforms across systems.

This role requires strong hands-on Salesforce architecture expertise combined with the ability to lead technical design, guide development teams, and provide structured solution governance across complex digital transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce and integrated enterprise platforms
• Lead technical design discussions and translate business requirements into scalable architecture solutions
• Design secure integrations with external systems and platforms using APIs and middleware
• Provide architecture guidance across Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, OmniStudio, integrations, and platform scalability
• Drive best practices across security, governance, performance optimization, and reusable architecture patterns
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and developers to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery
• Review technical designs, code quality, and implementation approaches across delivery teams
• Support solution documentation, architecture governance, troubleshooting, and platform modernization initiatives

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience with strong Solution Architecture exposure
• Deep expertise across Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations, and platform design
• Strong experience with API integrations, enterprise architecture patterns, and large-scale CRM implementations
• Ability to independently drive solutioning discussions and prioritize functional and technical requirements
• Strong stakeholder communication and structured problem-solving capability
• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Platform Developer preferred
