Job summary

BYD (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. invites a proactive Training Executive to elevate sales excellence, customer experience, and employee development across the organisation.

You will design and deliver training for new and existing staff, focusing on sales techniques, customer engagement, and service quality. The role requires strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills, with 3–5 years in corporate training.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, HRM, Learning & Development or related disciplines.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales training, customer experience training, corporate training, learning & development, or related fields.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience in adult learning, employee coaching, and performance development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training programmes for new and existing employees.
• Conduct training on sales techniques, customer engagement, customer experience, customer retention, and communication skills.
• Develop training materials, assessments, role plays, and coaching guides.
• Conduct coaching sessions to improve employee performance, productivity, and workplace effectiveness.
• Facilitate workshops on customer service, teamwork, accountability, and professional communication.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
• Maintain training records, schedules, attendance, and evaluation reports.
• Support NESS (National EV Specialist Safety) training programmes and assessments when assigned.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and overseas headquarters on training initiatives, product updates, and operational matters.
