Job summary

ISLAND CAR WASH AND GROOMING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead the sales team and coordinate daily activities, ensuring targets are met while aligning with store, general, and production managers to respond to customer needs.

You will represent the company at events, prepare sales materials, and monitor performance, pricing, and client communications to build brand visibility and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related course with emphasis on marketing.
• Proven work experience in marketing and achieving set targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, and put in place measures to retain a great team.
• Excellent selling skills, ability to close deals, and deal with post-purchase anxiety.
• Strong organization skills and multi-tasking skills.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).

Responsibilities

• Supervise the sales team and marketing activities.
• Assist line manager in recruiting and training a competent sales team.
• Provide management with sales, leads, and onboarding reports.
• Prepare sales presentations and tools.
• Maintain client communication and feedback with customers.
• Initiate sales activities and plans to build brand visibility.
• Set example with strong work ethic and professional conduct.
• Maintain records of prospects, pricing, and clients.
• Control marketing expenses to keep within budget.
• Attend trade shows and events representing the organization.
• Evaluate sales team performance and implement improvements.
• Identify current and future market trends affecting performance.
• Ensure proper product displays in malls and stores.
