Job summary

DUPREX SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a proactive Sales Support Executive for our Hygiene Services team in Singapore. You will manage existing customer accounts, renewals, inquiries and quotations, driving customer satisfaction and retention.

Your role includes handling follow-ups, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. A Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, account management or related roles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and comfortable handling customer enquiries.
• Confident in sales follow-ups, negotiations and renewals.
• Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Follow up on contract renewals and expiring agreements.
• Handle customer enquiries and service requests.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Follow up on sales leads and potential customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and renewal offers.
• Conduct customer follow-ups through calls and emails.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
