Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator in Singapore to support daily sales activities.

Based at Chin Bee (Boon Lay), the role covers order processing, invoicing, filing and communication with clients and logistics for delivery. Working five days a week, 8am–5pm with regular OT, AWS and performance bonuses offered. You will handle calls, emails, customer queries and prepare reports such as daily sales and packing lists while coordinating with warehouse and

• Able to handle inquiries and provide information clearly.
• Comfortable with documentation, invoicing and packing lists.

5 days work week (Mon to Wed, Fri to Sat), Off day - Thursday, Rest on Sunday & PH - 8am to 5pm

$2300 to $2800 + OT + AWS + Performance Bonus
