Job summary

Gan Teck Kar Investments Pte Ltd is seeking an entry to mid-level sales administrator to support quotations, new accounts, and customer inquiries. The role involves coordination with multiple departments to fulfil orders and assist with marketing events.

You will manage databases, handle promotions, and provide essential support to the Sales team. A diploma in a related field and 2+ years of experience are preferred for this hands-on position.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business/Marketing/Sales required or preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, samples, and sales materials.
• Open new accounts and process credit applications.
• Handle customer inquiries via email and phone.
• Manage products for reservations and promotions.
• Maintain databases for accuracy and completeness.
• Liaise with departments to fulfil requests and orders.
• Provide sales and administrative support to the Sales team.
• Assist with marketing activities such as events or launches.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager.
