Job summary

Viasat in Hong Kong is seeking a Customer Operations Administrator to support daily admin, commercial, and operations tasks that help win, grow, and maintain business with direct and indirect customers.

You will build relationships, handle pricing and subscription inquiries, create and ship equipment orders, manage subscriptions and VAS orders, onboard new customers, maintain master data across systems, and ensure governance throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in similar or comparable roles preferred.
Fresh graduate welcome.
Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

Build sustainable relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Assist customers with questions related to pricing, equipment, and subscriptions.
Create and manage customer orders for approval and shipping of equipment.
Manage customer subscriptions and Value-Added Services (VAS) orders within our tooling.
Create new customer accounts as part of the onboarding process.
Maintain Customer Master Data (CMD) across are different systems including ServiceNow, Salesforce and CMD.
Uphold and follow governance and compliance processes through the order handling and customer life cycle.
