• Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations, sales orders and related documentation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers and existing customers.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries and outstanding customer requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, logistics and project/site teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor sales targets and assist management in achieving monthly sales objectives.
• Identify new customers, projects and business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer, pricing and sales records.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve sales or delivery-related issues.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
• Guide and supervise sales support staff where required.
• Perform other sales-related duties assigned by management.
