You will drive service-led selling, mentor colleagues, and partner with store leadership to hit engagement and sales targets while showcasing the brand's mindful movement ethos. This role emphasizes guest education, community building, and efficient store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• 1+ years in a client-focused, sales-driven environment with leadership ability preferred.
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and building connections.
