  • Product Expertise:Possess in-depth knowledge of different types of sarees (e.g., silk, cotton, georgette), regional variations, fabrics, weaving techniques, and current trends to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Customer Engagement & Consultation:Actively approach and engage with customers, listening to their specific needs (occasion, budget, personal style) and guiding them to suitable selections. This often involves building a personal rapport to encourage repeat business.
