• Singaporean or Singapore permanent resident only.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a healthy relationship with existing customers and fresh customers.
• To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by Telephone and email, or walk in customer.
• Providing sales and administrative support involving follow up all enquiries, preparing proposals, quotation, brochures, samples as required, when necessary.
• Responding to and coordinating among sales term, customer and supplier.
• Supporting the sales team in attaining sales targets.
• Communicating with sales team for status of order and position of sales.
• Providing inputs and ideas and monitor responses.
• Updating the status of sales order in the database or computer.
• Monitoring the trends and evaluating the performance assessed against monthly sales goals.
• Maintaining an efficient work environment.
• Coordinating and responding to all requests of internal meetings.
• Regular calling debtor for payment.
• Issuing DO/INV
• Assisting in the implementation of sales strategy as prepared by the Sales manager.
• Others assigned duties; ISO, campus sales day etc.
