Job summary

Glocom Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent admin/procurement support to assist the Sales Team with orders, material planning, and supplier coordination. You will help prepare quotations, process orders, and track delivery schedules to ensure timely customer satisfaction.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and a collaborative team mindset to handle high-volume duties in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 'O' level qualification.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer support, procurement, or similar capacity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with MRP process and flow.
• Good organisational, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability to change priorities and deadlines.
• Team player mentality with a collaborative approach to work.
• Experience in administration and high volume of work may be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Team in orders processing including purchase orders, sales orders, and delivery orders
• Material request planning and processing
• Assist Sales Team in preparing quotations for customers
• Process, track and coordinate sample requests with suppliers and customers
• Process work orders for parts produced in-house
• Monitor delivery dates and times of suppliers and other relevant departments to ensure sales orders are delivered in a timely manner
• Assist QA department in handling rejects from customers and suppliers to meet customer satisfaction
• Study forecast demand from customers and make purchase orders to suppliers as per required demand to ensure stock inventory is in control
• Produce sales reports on a regular basis as per request by Manager
• Train new employees to ensure they understand job requirements
