Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking a procurement and materials planning support role in Singapore. The candidate will monitor MRP lists, update MO drawings and plan raw materials, while collaborating with MO and Purchasing teams to support ERP processes and pre-sale quotations.

Overtime may be required to meet schedule progress. Qualifications include basic MS Office skills and a preference for a level of education higher than O level.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office basic skills required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Preferred academic qualification higher than O level.

Responsibilities

• Monitor MRP list and procurement releases; update MO drawings and plan raw materials for MO creation update completion status.
• Monitor to purchase insufficient material stock and new raw materials.
• Assist Machining Executive on production progress tracking, developing reports, information gathering and documentation creation.
• Work closely with MO Executive to operate material transit for ERP system procedures.
• Work closely with Purchasing to provide quotations for pre-sale projects.
• Work overtime when required to support schedule progress.
