Qualifications

  • Experience in both operations and sales within hospitality, preferably serviced apartments.
  • Strong track record in corporate sales or account management.
  • Knowledge of OTAs and inventory management systems.
  • Understanding of property operations and guest service standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage both operational and sales priorities.
  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily property operations: housekeeping, maintenance, security, front office.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction.
  • Inspect apartments, public areas, and facilities.
  • Manage arrivals and departures for seamless guest experiences.
  • Monitor budgets, costs, and inventory for efficiency.
  • Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure service quality.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare operational reports on occupancy, maintenance and service performance.
  • Drive revenue through active sales incl. cold calling, client visits and corporate outreach.
  • Develop/manage corporate accounts to increase occupancy and long-stay bookings.
  • Build relationships with clients, partners, agencies.
  • Respond to booking inquiries, negotiate rates, prepare contracts, secure confirmations.
  • Work with OTAs and distribution channels to optimise visibility and revenue.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
  • Oversee daily operations of the property, including housekeeping, maintenance, security, and front office functions
  • Ensure smooth and efficient operations with high standards of cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction
  • Conduct regular inspections of apartments, public areas, and facilities
  • Manage arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless guest experience
