Independent and collaborative work will be exercised with on-the-job training for system

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google tools.
• Optional: familiarity with Dynamics and Mevo systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• On-the-job training for online or offline systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Sales admin team.
• Oversee daily operations of the Sales Admin Department.
• Improve workflow efficiency and support sales growth.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager/Director.
• Provide hands-on support during manpower shortages, including:
• Answer phone calls and attending to customer inquiries.
• Receive and processing purchase orders.
• Issue sales invoices and verifying order details.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
• Manage inventory control and stock updates.
