CRISTOFORI MUSIC PTE. LTD. is seeking proactive individuals in Singapore to join our retail and education team, with a clear track toward management roles such as Outlet Manager.

Starting pay ranges from SGD 2,800 to SGD 4,000 per month, with experienced candidates potentially earning more. A SGD 3,000 sign-on bonus is offered, and over 30 outlets nationwide ensure broad growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Eligibility: Singaporeans/Singapore PR with decent qualifications.
• Diploma in any discipline; proficiency in Google Sheets with strong attention to detail and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome prospective students and parents, identify musical goals, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Coordinate and process new student enrolments, new music course activations, and lesson retentions.
• Spearhead promotion and sale of service packages and concert tickets.
• Act as primary touchpoint for student/parent feedback to minimize churn.
• Assist invoicing/billing, resolve inquiries, and arrange make-up lessons as needed.
• Follow SOPs and maintain real-time documentation across shared Google Sheets.

Duties & responsibilities:

Warmly welcome prospective students and parents, identify their musical goals, and actively convert inquiries into free trial lessons and long-term enrollments.

Coordinating and processing New Student Enrolments, New music course and Package Activation, Recurring music lessons retentions, Monitoring student learning journey record, oversee teacher’s teaching observation etc

Spearhead the promotion and sale of company service packages, concert/recital tickets etc.

Act as the primary touchpoint for student/parent feedback, ensuring a customer experience that minimizes student churn.

Assist to invoice/billing administration, resolve customer enquiries/feedback and perform make up lessons’ arrangements, if required.

Follow Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and work Instruction

Maintains real-time documentation of all tasks and order-taker actions within shared cloud spreadsheets (Google Sheets), ensuring records are updated instantly across all communication channels.

Job Requirements

1. Eligibility: Singaporeans/Singapore Permanent Residents with decent qualifications.
2. Diploma in any discipline. Proficiency in Google Sheets with strong attention to detail and data integrity
3. Attractive salary and monthly incentives:

• 5 day base: $$2,800 - $3,200 and up to $500 monthly performance bonus

• 6 day base: $$3400 - $3,800 and up to $500 monthly performance bonus
