RADUGA PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a responsible Sales Admin to support sales operations, order processing, supplier coordination, and overall business operations. The role offers exposure to order tracking, stock monitoring, and documentation management.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma in a related field, has 1–2 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided for junior candidates.

Formación

• Diploma or equivalent in business/SCM-related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Process sales orders, including data entry and order tracking.
• Verify accuracy of customer details, pricing, and order information.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams on order status and delivery schedules.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and support replenishment planning.
• Verify sales and purchase transactions and highlight discrepancies.
• Maintain and file POs, DOs, invoices, and other documents.
• Update customer and supplier databases and provide general admin support.
