Job summary

MEI HEONG YUEN FOOD INDUSTRIES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a sales/merchandising professional to build strong relationships with store personnel, ensure service levels for orders, and execute promotions. You will manage in-store displays, verify price tags, negotiate shelf space, handle stock and returns, and travel islandwide as needed.

The role requires Mandarin and English fluency, ability to work independently and in a team, and a proactive approach to meeting store needs and company

• Build and maintain good relationships with store personnel under your care.

• Execute in-store promotions / campaigns / events as per plan.
• Provide feedback on stock levels and store operational information.

Job description

• Build and maintain good relationships with store personnel under your care, and providing good service level for sales orders and promotion initiatives
• Perform merchandising activities for both normal and promotional display shelves and ensure price tags are correct and updated
• Negotiate for supermarket space rentals and displays
• Execute in-store promotions / campaign / events as per company's plan
• Provide feedback on stock levels and store operational information
• Ensure stock availability, goods return (damaged/expired) and take orders
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job requirements

• Relevant work experience in FMCG industry is advantageous
