Job summary

SHOPPERPLUS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Merchandiser to manage stock replenishment, ensure shelf integrity, and uphold brand standards across outlets in Singapore. You will perform FIFO rotations, maintain cleanliness, and coordinate with store personnel to achieve strong display execution.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in merchandising, are able to lift up to 15 kg, and can travel island-wide. Local work rights (Singaporean/PR) are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 'N' Levels.
• At least 2 years of merchandising experience.
• Good time management.
• Able to communicate and understand English.
• Able to carry around 15kg of items.
• Willing to travel island-wide.
• Open to Singaporean or PR only.

• Quality call coverage + implement quality BCP store visit standard process
• Prompting urgent & critical issues for immediate solutions
• Timely & excellence promotion execution - Setup , price & maintain display
• POSM deployment & disposal
• Accurate report tracking / on field data collection via FFAS - OOS, freshness, promo compliance, feedback and etc as aligned
• To achieve agreed sales volume through sales ordering in the stores
• To negotiate for better shelves facing and/or display area

Requirements
