Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant marketing experience in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industries
• Strong passion for sales and is sales driven
• Hands-on content creation and editing experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work setup (remote + on-site)
• Passion for storytelling, visuals, and social media
• Ability to read & write Mandarin to engage Chinese-speaking leads on XiaoHongShu

Responsibilities

• Own social media: Manage and grow IG, FB & TikTok with engaging, on-brand content
• Create content: Plan, shoot, and edit photos/videos; design visuals using Canva, CapCut, or Photoshop
• Run campaigns: Lead digital marketing efforts, influencer campaigns, and seasonal promotions
• Build partnerships: Collaborate with local lifestyle brands, creators, and businesses for co-marketing
• Support activations: Coordinate boutique events and client-facing activations
• Drive storytelling: Shape a visual and verbal brand story for the target audience
• Drive sales conversion: Nurture leads from social media, engage promptly, convert interest into sales

As ourSales & Marketing Executive, you’ll bring our premium skincare and spa brand to life through compelling content, creative campaigns, and meaningful collaborations. You’ll take the lead in crafting our brand narrative across digital channels, influencer partnerships, and on-the-ground activations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own social media: Manage and grow our IG, FB & TikTok presence with engaging, on-brand content
• Create content: Plan, shoot, and edit photos/videos; design simple visuals using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Photoshop
• Run campaigns: Lead digital marketing efforts, influencer campaigns, and seasonal promotions
• Build partnerships: Collaborate with local lifestyle brands, creators, and businesses for co-marketing initiatives
• Support activations: Coordinate boutique events, client-facing activations, and other marketing initiatives
• Drive storytelling: Help shape a visual and verbal brand story that resonates with our target audience
• Drive sales conversion: Manage and nurture leads generated through our social media platforms, engaging with potential customers promptly to support enquiries, build relationships, and convert interest into sales opportunities.

Requirements:

• Ability to read & write mandarin as this role requires you to manage XiaoHongShu (chinese social media platform) and to engage the leads (chinese speaking leads) from the platform
