Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive growth in the bakery sector from our Alexandra location.

You will manage existing accounts, identify new business opportunities, and promote food ingredients to bakeries, manufacturers, and distributors. The role requires at least 3 years of sales experience in the bakery industry, plus a Class 3 driving license and willingness to travel for visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the bakery industry.
• Experience selling to bakeries, food manufacturers or food service customers.
• Existing bakery/food industry contacts and customer network is an advantage.
• Strong business development and customer relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Valid Class 3 driving license and willingness to travel for customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve sales targets within the bakery and food industry.
• Develop and manage existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bakeries, food manufacturers, distributors and other food industry customers.
• Proactively develop new accounts and expand the company's customer base.
• Promote and sell the company's food ingredients and related products.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations and sales meetings.
• Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions and industry events to generate new business leads.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and updates for management.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and excellent after-sales service.
• Follow up on sales leads and maintain strong customer satisfaction.

Remuneration: $5,200 + Transport Allowance $450 (If driving) + VB
