Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Executive with a proven bakery sales track record to drive sales growth and manage existing accounts in the bakery and food industry in Singapore. You will identify new business opportunities and work with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and exceptional after-sales service.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a willingness to travel for customer visits and a valid Class 3 driving

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the bakery industry.
• Experience selling to bakeries, food manufacturers or food service customers.
• Existing bakery/food industry contacts and customer network will be an advantage.
• Strong business development and customer relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence and willingness to travel for customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with bakeries, food manufacturers, distributors and other food industry customers
• Proactively develop new accounts and expand the company's customer base
• Promote and sell the company's food ingredients and related products
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations and sales meetings
• Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions and industry events to generate new business leads
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and updates for management
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and excellent after-sales service
