Responsibilities

• Conduct sales presentations to effectively communicate product benefits and solutions to prospective customers
• Support sales activities before and after deal closure to ensure smooth transaction processes and customer satisfaction
• Prepare accurate quotations and follow up with customers to advance sales opportunities
• Analyze customer requirements to recommend appropriate products and solutions that meet their needs
• Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to generate and qualify sales leads for the sales team
• Follow up on inbound enquiries and convert leads into actionable sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries and provide timely after‑sales support
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within existing customer accounts to increase revenue
• Manage and support marketing and event activities to enhance brand presence and customer engagement
• Design creative sales and marketing materials to support promotional efforts and sales campaigns
