In this role you will drive business development across marketing, exhibitions, events, museums, and retail, crafting tailored tech-enabled proposals and leading full-cycle client engagements from initial contact to delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in sales or business development in IT, multimedia, MICE, marketing or creative sectors.
• Strong verbal and written client-facing communication.
• Detail-oriented in persuasive proposals and presentations.
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-driven; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders, and pitches to win new business.
• Prospect and close deals across target industries including MICE, marketing, exhibitions, and retail.
• Collaborate with internal creatives and external partners on tech-driven projects.
• Lead full-cycle client engagement from initial contact to project handover.
• Drive market expansion and contribute to growth plans.
• Ensure high delivery standards, client satisfaction, and long-term relationships.
• Develop innovative solutions to enhance customer experience and brand loyalty.

Salary: Up to SGD $8500 per month

Working Hours: 5 days onsite per week
