Join Our Team: Sales Manager – Cabinetry & Wall Panels

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our cabinetry and wall panel sales division. The ideal candidate has strong industry knowledge, proven sales leadership experience, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients, designers, and contractors.

What You’ll Do:

· Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets

· Develop and execute sales strategies for cabinetry and wall panel solutions

· Drive new business development while maintaining existing client relationships

· Work closely with design, production, and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery

· Prepare and review quotations, contracts, and sales forecasts

· Build partnerships with interior designers, architects, developers, and main contractors

· Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs

· Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to management

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in experience in cabinetry, carpentry, wall panels, or interior fit-out industry
• At least 5 years in a managerial or team lead role
• Strong understanding of cabinetry systems, materials, and wall panel solutions
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage
