Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a driven sales professional to expand our medical aesthetic equipment portfolio in Singapore. You will achieve sales targets, identify new opportunities with clinics and doctors, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

You will build strong relationships with healthcare providers, tailor technology recommendations to customer needs, and coordinate with Marketing and Support teams for campaigns, product launches, and after-sales service.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of medical devices sales experience.

Responsabilités

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for medical aesthetic equipment.
• Prospect and develop new business with clinics, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, doctors, and other healthcare providers.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
• Develop understanding of customers' clinical and business needs and recommend suitable technologies.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations communicating clinical applications and value.
• Build long-term relationships with doctors and clinic owners.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align sales with campaigns and launches.
• Represent the company at medical conferences, trade shows, and events.
• Follow up leads generated at events to convert opportunities into sales.
• Maintain knowledge of market developments, competitors, pricing, and trends.

Job Scope

You will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the presence of our medical aesthetic equipment portfolio within the Singapore market.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for medical aesthetic laser and energy-based equipment.
• Actively prospect, identify and develop new business opportunities with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, doctors, and other healthcare providers.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, from lead generation and product demonstration through proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Develop a deep understanding of each customer's clinical and business needs and recommend appropriate technologies and solutions.
• Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations, clearly communicating the clinical applications, differentiation, and commercial value of our equipment.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with doctors, clinic owners, and key decision-makers.
• Develop existing accounts by identifying opportunities for additional equipment, technology upgrades, and other solutions within our portfolio.
• Work closely with Marketing to align sales activities with lead-generation campaigns, product launches, and market-development initiatives.
• Represent the company at medical conferences, trade exhibitions, seminars, workshops, product demonstrations, and industry events.
• Follow up systematically on leads generated through events and marketing activities to convert opportunities into sales.
• Maintain strong knowledge of market developments, competitor technologies, pricing, and emerging trends within the medical aesthetics industry.
• Coordinate closely with the Technical Support team to ensure smooth equipment installation, preventive maintenance, and after-sales service.
