Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to grow a portfolio of premium medical aesthetic laser and energy-based devices in Singapore. This consultative capital-equipment role requires partnering with doctors, dermatologists, plastic surgeons and clinic owners to understand clinical and business needs, recommend technologies, and demonstrate the value of investments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in medical aesthetic laser, energy-based device or medical-equipment sales.
• Strong knowledge of the Singapore medical aesthetics market is highly preferred.
• Existing experience engaging aesthetic doctors, dermatologists, plastic surgeons or clinic owners.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for medical aesthetic laser and energy-based equipment.
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities with aesthetic clinics, doctors, dermatologists and other healthcare providers.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation and product demonstration through proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Understand customers’ clinical and commercial needs and recommend suitable technologies and solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, clearly communicating clinical applications, product differentiation and business value.
• Build long-term relationships with doctors, clinic owners and key decision-makers.
• Develop existing accounts through additional equipment sales, upgrades and cross-selling opportunities.
• Work closely with Marketing on lead-generation activities, product launches and market-development initiatives.
• Represent the business at conferences, trade exhibitions, workshops, seminars and industry events.
• Monitor competitor activities, technologies, pricing and market developments within the medical aesthetics sector.
• Coordinate with Technical Support to ensure smooth installation, servicing and after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunity pipelines and customer records, while ensuring consistent post-sales account engagement.

About the Role
