You’ll manage your pipeline in the CRM, understand client needs, propose tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts with a focus on a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in sales, ideally in lighting and/or interior design.
• Strong communication skills and an easy way with people.
• A record of hitting or beating targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Comfort with CRM tools and sales data.
• Experience leading a team.
• Ability to work independently but also with others.
• Flexible, driven attitude when things move fast.
