Job summary

ENSURE ENGINEERING PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a results-driven sales leader responsible for meeting revenues and profitability objectives, following the group’s sales methodology and shaping proposals and contracts to company standards.

You will prepare forecasts, address inquiries, develop new business, build relationships with customers, and identify service-improvement opportunities while analyzing contracts for value and pricing optimization.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Engineering Maintenance Services.
• Strong leadership and organisational qualities.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed the overall revenues/profitability objectives.
• Follow the group’s sales methodology.
• Prepare proposals and contracts in accordance with company standards and policies.
• Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to inform business decisions and strategic planning.

• Negotiates and drafts proposals and contracts, including value and pricing optimisation.
