Job summary

NJV PARATA POINT F&B PTE. LTD. is seeking an energetic Sales Manager to oversee daily sales and operations at our food stall in Singapore. You will drive sales growth, manage staff, and ensure high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

You will monitor sales, promote promotions, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock and food quality while controlling costs and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Increase sales through promotions, combo offers, and special deals.
• Monitor daily sales, cash collections, and digital payments.
• Identify opportunities to attract new customers and retain existing customers.
• Maintain accurate daily sales and stock reports.
• Supervise daily food stall operations and ensure timely service.
• Ensure food quality, taste, freshness, and proper presentation.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely purchases.
• Minimize food wastage and control operating costs.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are followed.
