NKS F&B PTE. LTD. is seeking an energetic Sales Manager to run daily sales and operations of our food stall.

You will lead promotions, monitor transactions, and ensure customer satisfaction while controlling costs. You will supervise staff, maintain food quality and safety, manage stock with suppliers, and drive growth through promotions and efficient service to meet targets. This role is based at our on-site stall and requires hands-on leadership and a passion for delivering great guest

Responsabilités

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Increase sales through promotions, combo offers, and special deals.
• Monitor daily sales, cash collections, and digital payments.
• Identify opportunities to attract new customers and retain existing customers.
• Maintain accurate daily sales and stock reports.
• Supervise daily food stall operations and ensure timely service.
• Ensure food quality, taste, freshness, and proper presentation.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely purchases.
• Minimize food wastage and control operating costs.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are followed.

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Manager to manage the daily sales and operations of our food stall.
