Job summary

dna brands co pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced skincare retail professional to drive proactive cosmetics sales and deliver personalized consultations at our Singapore store.

You will engage shoppers, manage stock, train team members, and aim to meet monthly targets while maintaining a visually appealing, well-stocked environment. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in proactive cosmetic sales within retail.
• Experience in skincare/beauty industry essential.
• Sales-driven and target oriented.
• Collaborative, fast-paced, and able to lead.
• Able to work rotating weekends/public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Recommend suitable treatment plans and skincare products tailored to customer needs.
• Provide brochures, flyers, and product literature to educate and support customers.
• Build long-term relationships by understanding customer preferences and providing tailored service.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and motivate the team to exceed expectations.
• Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
• Continuously update and share skincare product knowledge; act as a go-to expert for customers.
• Conduct product and brand training sessions for team members when needed.
• Support all daily operations including stock management, customer service, and housekeeping.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in proactive cosmetic sales within a retail environment
• Industry Background: Experience in the skincare or beauty industry is essential
