Qualifications

• Knowledge of import/export procedures.
• SAP experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and verify pricing against quotations.
• Coordinate deliveries, shipments and import/export documentation.
• Follow up on payments and liaise with Accounts Receivable.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and returns.
• Maintain accurate customer and project records in SAP/CRM.
• Support Letter of Credit documentation and customs clearance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
