Rolls-Royce in Singapore invites you to join our Commercial (Corp Intern) programme for Jan to May/Jun 2027. You’ll support the sales team by developing ideas and value propositions while learning from experienced colleagues in a global aerospace leader.

You’ll gain hands-on project exposure, contribute to RFP processes, and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues across marketing, engineering and finance.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm to learn and seek new development opportunities.
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Clear communication skills, able to read situations and respond appropriately.
• Strong presentation skills (oral and written) for diverse audiences.
• Ability to collaborate in a team and lead projects when needed.

Responsabilités

• Assist with/lead project management of RFP submissions and proposals.
• Help define strategy to secure business.
• Liaise with sales and internal functions (account management, commercial, engineering, finance).
• Identify process improvement opportunities for the sales function.
• Support Regional Marketing Director with ongoing campaigns.
