Job Description Duration: January to May/June 2027. Allowance: SGD 650 – SGD 1,800 (dependent on level of education). Location: Seletar, Singapore.

Role overview

Our Sales team are the face of Civil Aerospace, responsible for growing our business and touching the lives of our customers. As a Sales Intern you will be supporting a team of Sales Directors/Managers to develop powerful ideas and value propositions for our customers, while driving profitable growth for Rolls-Royce. We believe that high levels of creativity, problem solving, intuition, empathy, technical know-how and real consumer insight are all essential. Most importantly, we want our Sales Interns to have a true passion for their work, and for ours. We’re proud to be part of the pathway to net zero as we power society for generations to come.

What you’ll be doing
  • Assisting with/leading the project management of RFP submissions, including internal approvals and proposal preparation.
  • Helping to define the strategy required to secure the business.
  • Acting as a liaison for the sales team with other internal functions, including account management, commercial, engineering and finance.
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities for the sales function.
  • Supporting the Regional Marketing Director with ongoing marketing campaigns.
