Job summary

Otis is seeking a sales operations support professional to assist the sales team with quotations, proposals, and order processing for elevator services and maintenance.

You will coordinate with Operations, raise PRs, and maintain accurate records to ensure smooth service delivery. This role offers exposure to cross-functional teams and practical experience in sales administration within a global leader in mobility.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and documentation for T Orders related to elevator services and maintenance.
• Draft and customize service maintenance proposals for customers.
• Assist the sales team with booking T Orders in the SMS system.
• Coordinate and communicate with the Operations Team to ensure timely and accurate job execution.
• Raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and liaise with the Delivery Operations Team for procurement and service delivery requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, proposals, orders, and customer information.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team as required.

Role Overview

Support the sales team in managing service and maintenance proposals for company and ensuring smooth coordination between sales and operations functions. This role provides hands-on exposure to sales administration, customer proposal preparation, order processing, and operation coordination.

Key Responsibilities
