Job summary

EXPLORE LIVING CONCEPT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Sales Interior Designer to manage the client journey from first consultation to signed contract.

You will meet homeowners, understand how they live, develop design concepts and quotations, and close projects, then hand over to the project team while staying involved to ensure the promised results. The role involves site visits, 3D visuals, and collaboration with operations to ensure client satisfaction and referrals, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of interior design sales or design role with client-facing and closing experience.
• Proficiency in design tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Canva (3D rendering is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Meet prospective clients (HDB, condo and landed) to understand their lifestyle, preferences, timeline and budget.
• Conduct site visits and measurements; develop space plans and design concepts.
• Present design proposals, material and finish options, and 3D visuals to clients.
• Prepare accurate, competitive quotations and proposals.
• Negotiate terms, close sales and meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Coordinate with project management and production teams for a smooth handover.
• Keep client records, leads and follow-ups updated in our CRM.
• Follow up after handover to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
