EXPLORE LIVING CONCEPT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Sales Interior Designer to manage the client journey from first consultation to signed contract.

You will meet homeowners, understand how they live, develop design concepts and quotations, and close projects, then hand over to the project team while staying involved to ensure the promised results. Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of interior design sales or design role with client-facing and closing experience.
• Proficiency in design tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Canva (3D rendering is a plus).

• Meet prospective clients (HDB, condo and landed) to understand their lifestyle, preferences, timeline and budget.
• Conduct site visits and measurements; develop space plans and design concepts.
• Present design proposals, material and finish options, and 3D visuals to clients.
• Prepare accurate, competitive quotations and proposals.
• Negotiate terms, close sales and meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Coordinate with project management and production teams for a smooth handover.
• Keep client records, leads and follow-ups updated in our CRM.
• Follow up after handover to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.

About the Role

Explore Living is a Singapore-based residential interior design firm. We're looking for a Sales Interior Designer to manage the client journey from first consultation to signed contract. You'll meet homeowners, understand how they live, develop design concepts and quotations, and close projects. You'll then hand over to our project and production team and stay involved to make sure the result matches what was promised.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet prospective clients (HDB, condo and landed) to understand their lifestyle, preferences, timeline and budget


• Conduct site visits and measurements, and develop space plans and design concepts


• Present design proposals, material and finish options, and 3D visuals to clients


• Prepare accurate, competitive quotations and proposals


• Negotiate terms, close sales and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets


• Coordinate with the project management and production teams for a smooth handover


• Keep client records, leads and follow-ups updated in our CRM


• Follow up after handover to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals and repeat business


• Stay current on design trends, materials, pricing and competitor offerings

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience)


• At least [2] years of experience in interior design sales, or a design role with client-facing and closing experience


• Working knowledge of HDB/condo renovation processes, regulations and typical costing


• Proficiency in design tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Canva or similar (3D rendering is a plus)


• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills


• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets


• Well organised, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines


• Good eye for aesthetics and space planning


• Fresh graduates with strong design portfolios and sales aptitude may also apply


• Proficiency in English and Mandarin/Chinese will be an added advantage
