Job summary

Met Interior in Singapore is seeking motivated individuals for a role that blends design, sales and project management. You will engage with clients, translate requirements into concepts, prepare quotations and oversee projects from design to handover.

Fresh graduates are welcome as training is provided; leads are provided and a stable commission-based earning path is offered on top of the basic salary. Join a team handling residential, HDB, condo, landed and rebuilding projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome - training will be provided.
• Candidates with interior design, renovation or sales experience will have an advantage.
• Passionate about interior design and working with clients.

Responsibilities

• Attend to company-provided sales enquiries and meet prospective clients.
• Understand clients' renovation requirements, lifestyle needs, budget and design preferences.
• Develop design concepts, space planning, material selections and design presentations.
• Prepare project quotations and cost estimates.
• Manage projects from initial consultation and design development through construction to final handover.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress, workmanship and schedules.
• Ensure projects are completed according to design requirements and client expectations.
• For landed projects, gain exposure to A&A, reconstruction, rebuilding, structural works and building construction coordination.
