Wright Interiors Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Designer/Project Co-Ordinator in our Jurong East studio. This role blends interior design expertise with sales acumen to drive growth and deliver exceptional client experiences.

You will manage the full sales cycle from initial consultation to project handover, develop design concepts, prepare proposals and budgets, and build long-term client relationships while meeting monthly targets in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer or Sales Designer with design portfolio.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp; strong presentation skills.

About the role

Wright Interiors Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Designer/Project Co-Ordinator to join our team in a full-time capacity based in the Jurong East Region. In this pivotal role, you will combine your design expertise with sales acumen to drive business growth and deliver exceptional client experiences. The Sales Designer/Project Co-Ordinator acts as a strategic bridge between our design capabilities and client needs, translating visions into tangible interior design solutions whilst building long-term client relationships and exceeding sales targets. This position is integral to our business success and allows you to make a direct impact on both revenue generation and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their interior design requirements, preferences, and budgetary constraints


• Develop and present compelling design concepts and proposals tailored to client specifications


• Create mood boards, floor plans and visual presentations to communicate design ideas effectively


• Manage the sales process from initial consultation through to project completion and handover


• Prepare accurate quotations and manage project budgets whilst maintaining profitability


• Build and nurture client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals


• Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of projects


• Stay informed of interior design trends, materials, and industry innovations


• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators


• Maintain accurate client records and project documentation

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field


• Proven experience as an Interior Designer or Sales Designer, ideally within the residential or commercial sector (with or without experience)


• Strong portfolio demonstrating your design style and previous project outcomes


• Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets


• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar programmes


• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities


• Strong project management and organisational skills


• Ability to work collaboratively within a team whilst also managing clients independently


• Knowledge of interior design materials, finishes, and suppliers


• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional design solutions


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications


• Fluency in English and ability to liaise effectively with Chinese spoken clients, suppliers, contractors and subcontractors; additional languages are advantageous
