Job summary

Australian Fruit Juice (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a regional sales team from our Chin Bee West base. You will drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, and shape sales strategies aligned with our beverage brand.

You will coach the team, forecast performance, build client relationships, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with marketing, operations and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales management experience, preferably in beverage/FMCG/HORECA.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
• Strong leadership to motivate and develop a sales team.
• Excellent written and spoken communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and revenue goals.
• Lead, coach and build a high-performing sales team for peak performance.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecast, and prepare regular reports and analyses.
