• Set regional sales quotas and develop local action plans to align field targets with company goals
• Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate local sales staff and district managers to enhance team performance
• Track and analyze sales data and financial reports to forecast product demand and pricing trends
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, major clients, and local distributors to drive sales growth
• Coordinate cross-functionally between corporate headquarters and field operations, collaborating with marketing and finance teams
• Inspire teams to meet or exceed sales targets through effective leadership
• Communicate sales data and insights clearly to executives and resolve client issues promptly
• Adapt national sales strategies to local market conditions using strategic thinking
• Manage budgets and analyze profit margins to ensure financial performance
