The Role:
We are seeking a sophisticated and connected Sales Executive to cultivate relationships with our high-net-worth clientele and the ecosystem that serves them. This role is pivotal for understanding the nuanced desires of elite travelers and translating them into impeccable, personalized experiences across our service pillars. You will be the key point of contact, building trust and ensuring every detail of a client\'s Singaporean journey is flawlessly executed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Proactively target and build long-term relationships with HNWIs, their family offices, personal assistants, luxury travel advisors, and partner hotels (e.g., Capella, Marina Bay Sands).
- Bespoke Experience Design: Consult with clients to understand their preferences and design completely customized itineraries that blend luxury transport, unique tours, and exclusive concierge requests (e.g., private shopping experiences, reservations at Michelin-starred restaurants, access to members-only clubs).
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with premium partners in the luxury tourism sector, including high-end hotels, art galleries, private clubs, and exclusive event organizers.
- Market Expertise: Act as an authoritative expert on Singapore\'s luxury landscape, staying ahead of trends in fine dining, art, culture, and unique local experiences to continuously offer innovative proposals.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Utilize our CRM system to meticulously manage leads, client preferences, and sales pipelines, ensuring a personalized and proactive service approach.
- Service Execution Liaison: Work closely with the operations, chauffeur, and concierge teams to brief them on client requirements, ensuring the seamless delivery of every promised experience.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Proven track record in high-end sales within the luxury hospitality, travel, concierge, or tourism industry, with a focus on inbound markets.
- An existing network of contacts within the HNWI community, luxury hotels, or travel agencies in Singapore is a strong advantage.
- Impeccable professionalism, discretion, and cultural sensitivity, with a deep understanding of the expectations of an international HNW clientele.
- Exceptional knowledge of Singapore\'s attractions, dining, arts, and luxury services.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English. Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) is highly desirable.
- A proactive, hunter-minded individual who is also a meticulous planner and relationship-builder.
