Responsibilities
  • Product Mastery: Learn and understand the features, uses, and technical aspects of various fuel & lubricant products.
  • Sales Canvassing: Engage in door-to-door or field sales to approach potential clients directly.
  • Client Acquisition & Retention: Create and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records using the company’s pipeline management tools.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with other teams to ensure excellent customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Credit Management: Monitor and ensure clients follow agreed credit terms
