Responsibilities
- Product Mastery: Learn and understand the features, uses, and technical aspects of various fuel & lubricant products.
- Sales Canvassing: Engage in door-to-door or field sales to approach potential clients directly.
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Create and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records using the company’s pipeline management tools.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with other teams to ensure excellent customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Credit Management: Monitor and ensure clients follow agreed credit terms
Requirements
- Minimum 12-month commitment.
- No prior experience needed – training will be provided.
- Strong people skills and clear communication abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Quick learner with technical curiosity.
- Good negotiation skills and a team-oriented approach.
- 5-day work week.
