Job summary

Eurofins Mechem in Singapore is seeking a marketing and sales professional to lead all activities and grow the customer base in the life sciences sector. You will maintain a computerized customer and prospect database, plan strategies to expand market share, and coordinate costing, quotations and tenders to meet sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Chemistry or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in marketing or sales is required.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing plans.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development and performance of all marketing and sales activities.
• Maintaining and developing a computerized customer and prospect database.
• Establish plan and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area.
• To identify potential customers in the market and to probe for opportunities for market share increment.

Other Assignments:

• Plan, organise and control of department activities such as costing, quotation, tender etc.
• Resources and manpower planning to maximise utilisation to meet the sales target.
• Analyse and review customer’s feedback on project works and laboratory services.
• Handling of customer complaints and feedback to customer to ensure proper resolution.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through close monitoring of project report on time delivery.
• Study and understand the market competitor’s activities and laboratory testing trends.
• Plan and implement effective marketing strategy to achieve measurable sales target.
• Perform other job related duties as may be assigned by the top management.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Business,marketing,chemistry or equivalent, with Relevant Experience/s
