Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an energetic sales professional to promote our educational assessment books to primary and secondary schools. You will build relationships with schools and teachers, present products, and help customers place orders, aiming to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

This role offers a basic salary up to 4,000 SGD with transport and health plan allowances, plus monthly commission and bonus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above required.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in selling educational assessment books to schools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for education and helping students succeed.
• Self-motivated with proactive sales approach.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop an in-depth understanding of educational assessment books and target audiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools and teachers.
• Promote books through presentations, meetings, and events.
• Stay informed about market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
• Assist customers with placing orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.

• 5 days work week only (Hybrid)

• Target client base: Primary/Secondary schools, tuition centres

Key Responsible:

• Develop an in-depth understanding of our extensive range of educational assessment books, including content, unique selling points, and target audiences.

• Build and maintain relationships with schools and teachers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable books and resources.

• Actively promote our books through presentations, meetings, and events, ensuring our products meet the educational needs of our customers.

• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve our product offerings.

• Assist customers with placing orders, ensure timely delivery, and handle any post-sales inquiries or issues.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
