WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Sales Associate to drive student enrollment and build new leads through online and offline campaigns. You will work to meet enrollment targets and develop open houses, info sessions, and campus tours.

You will monitor market trends, analyze competitor activity, and adapt sales strategies to highlight the institution’s strengths while growing the enrollment pipeline in Singapore.

• Identify and build new sales leads and networks to meet enrollment targets
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
• Drive student enrollment through various initiatives such as online/offline campaigns, open houses, info sessions, and campus tours
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to shape effective sales strategies
• Take ownership of achieving sales targets aligned with the institution’s key strengths and offerings
