Job summary

Singmah Steel Refrigeration Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive sales and marketing professional to promote indoor sales of commercial kitchen equipment and stainless steel products for the food and beverage sector. Job Summary

You will promote indoor sales and marketing of commercial kitchen equipment and stainless steel products for the food and beverage industry. You will manage stock-taking, ordering, and administrative tasks while responding to customer inquiries and supporting after-sales services, projects, and tenders.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to promote and sell commercial kitchen equipment and stainless steel products tailored for the food and beverage industry
• Conduct regular stock-taking and manage inventory ordering to maintain optimal product availability
• Perform administrative tasks to support sales operations and maintain accurate sales and inventory records
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries to provide product information and resolve issues
• Coordinate after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion of projects
• Assist in preparing and submitting tenders and project proposals to secure new business opportunities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum O-Level or equivalent qualification
• Preferably at least 3 years of sales and marketing experience in the retail industry
• Bilingual communication skills to engage diverse customer groups

Other Information

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays (till 1:30 PM); Sundays and Public Holidays off

Compensation includes basic salary, sales commission, CPF contributions, annual bonuses (for full-year employees), and annual salary increments Benefits include medical coverage, annual leave plus complimentary Chinese New Year leave (for full-year employees), on-the-job training and external training opportunities, WICA insurance plus good career prospects available
