Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Executive to drive new business from prospecting to closing. The role requires building relationships with clients, managing the full sales cycle, and meeting targets, with on-going CRM hygiene and coordination with the training centre.

Work location is near Rochor MRT, Singapore, with immediate start. You will engage in outbound calls, networking, and ensure smooth handover after deals close while managing payments where needed.

• Prospecting & lead generation through outbound calls and networking.

Sales Executive

Working Hours: Mon to Fri / 9Am to 6Pm

Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting & lead generation: Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling, networking, and lead follow-up - this is the core of the role, not a side task.
• Full-cycle selling: Qualify leads and manage the full sales cycle from first outreach through to closing, tailoring the pitch to each prospect's context.
• Target achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets through proactive selling.
• Handover coordination: Coordinate with Sales Coordinators and the training centre to ensure a smooth handover once a deal closes.
• Payment follow-up: Follow up on payment collection for accounts under your ownership where required, working alongside the assigned Coordinator.
• CRM & admin hygiene: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of leads, pipeline status, and client interactions in the CRM at all times.
• Account farming: Build long-term client relationships to drive renewal, upsell, and referral business from your own account base.
• Product knowledge: Stay current on the full product range - WSH, ISO, bizSAFE, training courses, audits to advise clients accurately and credibly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and business development (Plus point if you have experience in: Trainings, ISO, bizSAFE, auditing and outsourcing services)
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment is a must
